6:15pm -7:15pmThis is a traditional Gi (Kimono) class with instructor.

Tuesday - Nogi
Coach Jody
6:15pm -7:15pmThis is a "nogi" class without the traditional Gi or (Kimono). Students will learn self-defense in typical street clothes or (rash guard and board shorts)

Wednesday - Gi
Professor Hughie
6:30pm 7:30pm
This is a traditional Gi (Kimono) class with the owner and head instructor. -
Saturday Morning - Nogi
Professor Hughie
9am- 9:45am
This is a fast pace "nogi" training session to include heavy bag work and kick pads as well as Jiu Jitsu.

NO CONTRACTS! A ONE-TIME registration fee of $165.00 (can be paid over a 4-week period if necessary) per student is required (multiple student discount available). The registration covers your first uniform and ALL promotions.
